Setting: Two Door Bedroom
Time: Day one, late afternoon
Summary: Before nightfall, a tired duelist lays claim to a room
Warnings: None yet!
His time with Zetsu, though very pleasant, had put the blond behind schedule. With how exhausted he felt, he wasn't even sure what that schedule was anymore. It was still daytime as far as he could tell, but it felt like he had been awake forever. He was hungry as hell, but first he was going to grab some much needed sleep. Sleep, naturally, required a bedroom. With how much time had passed, his hopes of finding one vacant were somewhat low.
It was a pleasant surprise when Jonouchi had come across the two door bedroom, and empty no less! It didn't have a theme like some of the other rooms, or anywhere near as much extravagance. He didn't mind though. In a way, it reminded him of being back home in Domino. Just a regular room with regular stuff. It was almost enough to make a guy forget he didn't even know how far from home he was. Two doors would be a little annoying as well, but he'd make it work somehow. The bottom line was that he had found an empty bedroom.
He slipped his duel disk off his wrist, setting it on the night stand. With an enthusiastic flop, he plopped himself down on the bed. Comfortable! It wasn't exactly like sleeping on a cloud, but then he supposed not everything in this mansion would be super extravagant. He fought the urge to pull off his shirt and pass out for a bit. Other people might still be looking for rooms, he reasoned. He had barged in on Zetsu, after all. If someone barged in on him, he didn't want to be shirtless and asleep. That could only end badly.
