Time: Day 004 - late evening, pushing night
Summary: Alphonse (while playing in the snow) meets up again with Lorenzo and Edward both.
Warnings: lol awkward.
Alphonse had a rough idea of what time it was - relatively, considering the way that this strange house worked, at least - despite the fact that the day had seemed especially long and tedious. He felt from the amount of hours he had been up on his feet, and the amount of times he'd slept, along with the way his body was naturally reacting, as if it could still see how many hours of sunlight were left. And, using logic, that number was few. The surprising cold made it hard to judge, however...
He'd spent most of the day on his own, changing company between a few people periodically. So he just wandered the house for most of the day, resting and eating where necessary, occasionally spending time in the company of other people. The most...interesting experience had, no doubt, been the bedroom, with Machi and Jonouchi...he hadn't a complete understanding of exactly what had happened in there, but...nonetheless. It still left a mark on his mind, and he realized just how huge it was to him. Was it that room they had been in that had affected him like that...?
It was probably the approaching night that was making him edgy - being blind and alone was hardly a good combination, at night, in this place. He'd been lucky, the night before, and had met Lorenzo, who had managed to protect him. And as bad as he felt for being a burden on the older alchemist, he was still incredibly grateful and glad he had done that. But now, Alphonse was moving through the Greenhouse, trying to work his way carefully toward the Maid's Quarters before night fell. If he could at least make it to the security of his room, before night fell...
The Greenhouse itself was distracting, though - he was stopped in the middle of it, now, ignoring just how cold he felt in the chilling air. He was grinning and giggling around his right glove, that he had pulled off with his teeth, hand outstretched toward the 'sky' (or really the air in general as he knew, despite the cold and (somehow) the snow, it was still inside), letting the snow hit and melt against his bare palm. There was something almost exhilarating about the feeling of it all. He could ignore the cold if he could just have a few moments...Alphonse tucked both of his gloves away, into his pocket, before kneeling down right onto the ground, and reaching out to feel the snow that was collecting there.
