Setting: Copper Bathroom
Time: Night 006, a bit later into the night?
Summary: An old friend comes along after Alphonse has finished in the bathroom...
Warnings: Cute and angst? Also crappy OP. :|
Alphonse was mostly silent as he finished up in the bathroom - flexing fingers as he washed his hands, silently musing. Oddly enough the finger joints were...a part of him that hurt that least, perhaps. They still felt almost normal, to him, though he had little to no way of confirming. They felt right - like they, unlike every other part of his body, were unchanged...even if he doubted that, somewhat. But he guessed it didn't matter that much - he quickly shook it off, reaching up instead to turn off the taps.
He was just about done, so he could probably head back to the bedroom soon - make a quick dash down the hall, past or through the monsters to the room he'd been staying in as of more recently.
Self-consciously - but partly just to honestly check - he reached his fingers up to check his bandages...they didn't appear to be too terrible, to the touch right now...he wanted to change them, yes, but it was awkward to do so on his own, and he knew he'd soil any new ones just as quickly; so he was done, turning toward the door to listen - making sure the immediate area, at least, was clear, before he could leave, making his way carefully but quickly to his room...
